Hi all!
I am preparing for the possibility of an unassisted birth.
I am still having my prenatal care with the midwifery group I've used for my other 3 children, but I'm sure this little one will be arriving faster than his/her older sister who was born in about 2 hours.
I want to be prepared physically (I'm prepped emotionally) in case of.
I will not be going to the local hospital or calling 911, so if we can't get out of the house in time, I need to have a "kit" on hand.
I was hoping to find something online, so I don't have to go hunting for supplies.
Thanks in advance!

Hey Kelly, hopefully someone will chime in here.....I have this site in my "favorites,"

I plan on getting my Vit. K drops there. I noticed that they do have a basic birth kit for $30, not sure you'll use everything in it - I know there have been some threads here that say you can just use a clean shoelace to tie the cord if you must & sterile scissors to cut it. I'm going to put together my "just in case" kit soon, basically sterile scissors in case of emergency, bulb syringe - which we have & clean towels. Hopefully someone can tell me if there is anything else that I really need. HTH.
