Just an FYI.

You experienced mamas probably know that. I didn't used to know that and did eat minute maid minute rice back on my TED (which didn't work btw). We had some left in the cupboard and my dh made it the other day, and I wasn't sure if we (me and lo#3) could eat it so I did a quick check on their website. Yup, it has corn starch. But only their instant ones.

Are you referring to Minute Rice? http://www.minuterice.com/ In Canada at least, Minute Maid is a juice company. Just want to make sure which product it is.

I had thought maybe there was a U.S. rice company called Minute Maid, and that maybe it was just MM in Canada that did juice.

A friend's child has corn allergy so I'm going to pass the info onto her. Thanks!

Pretty much any rice that is enriched with vitamins is suspect for corn, because the vitamins are often grown on fermented corn. (Or wheat, or soy...)

ETA: Lundberg brand rice is corn free.
