My husband tried a few courses of EPD http://www.food-allergy.org/epd.html a few years ago, for food allergies and intolerances. We saw some OK results, but they were temporary and he didn't complete a full course of treatment. The strict regimen of diet/keeping every spec of dust & mould/completely scent-free etc was just too difficult to maintain with two young kids about.

EPD is available in Canada and the UK - in the US EPD is no longer approved and LDA is used there instead.

I'm interested to know if anyone has gone through a full course of treatment (ie over 1 year) and what were/are your results/thoughts on it. I'd like to encourage him to try again but he's not convinced it's worth it.
thanks!
