Wow, there's a foot in the door! I mentioned quantum physics, and he perked up a bit. Homeopathy itself isn't a word to avoid for him - it's the lack of scientific explanation that makes it out of the question. So if there's a science thing that directly addresses it, then even more awesome. The reputation of the source of the info is a lot more important.

So back to hiding magnesium. Dd wanted to nurse all.night.long last night. I'm pretty sure it's mag. And that with mag and the other vites, she'd be a crazy-happy camper (in the best way possible). But she's dodging all my attempts. Grr...

magnesium citrate (not natural calm but plain ol' magnesium citrate) might be a possibility for your pancakes. it's very chalky and not at all like the proprietary natural calm. heck, dh would probably be overjoyed if i sent you the last of our batch

We've got some of that. Undissolved, it's really sour. After it's dissolved it doesn't taste like much. So mixing it into batter, interesting. But then there's the catch that I was on it for a while, and it was when I switched to natural calm that I could increase the dose and actually see results. So I don't have a lot of faith that it does much for us... I'll give it a try.
