I'm on day 3 of eliminating all dairy/soy from my diet (hoping it helps with my 10 m.o.'s CONSTANT nightwaking!) I woke up today with a headache, and it's persisted all day long. I do get chronic tension headaches and occasional migrained, but usually they come on at the end of the day, so this is unusual.

Any chance it is a symptom of dairy withdrawal? I didn't think I ate THAT much dairy/soy before this diet, but maybe so...

Are there other withdrawal symptoms I should be aware of, in either myself or my daughter? Anything I can do to counter them? Any idea how long this might last? And lastly, I plan to continue this elimination diet for 2-3 weeks... but if it IS a MSPI, is it possible to see results in my daughter's sleep any sooner?

Thanks in advance for any insight!
