It would be great if they were soy free too as I'm trying to avoid that as well (I know quite a few of you are too ) I have been trying to find recipes for a few huge bags of walnuts my MIL gave me and someone on another board sent me this fabulous one:

Instead of the whipped topping I topped it with 2TB of Raspberry jam and some melted chocolate.

It was sooo good, just like a real baked good! I have a huge sweet tooth, but I would also like some healthy recipes. I have lost a lot of weight through deit and excirse but finding this hard while GF.

sorry for typos, toodler using me as a jungle gym

See the resources sticky at the top of this forum - there is a wonderful "allergen free recipes" thread at the top of that post. It would be great to have your recipes included there as well!

Oh, and Black bean chilaquile (leave the cheese off. Imo, it's better without it anyway.)

Over the holidays, I made pecan pies with a crust from crushed pecans. Everyone liked it better than a regular pie crust. I wish I could find that recipe lol!
