I discovered raised bumps on my 16 week old baby's back today - at least 7 of them. They are almost pimple like but some look like bug bites. We go on daily walks but he's always covered up and if he's not in the wrap his back is against the stroller so it couldn't possibly be bug bites, could it? I feel so horrible for him. Could it be a food reaction - something I'm eating? I've already cut dairy out of my diet. I recently purchased a used wrap on diaper swappers but I washed it before using it - this is the only think I can think of that we've done differently. Could he have developed an allergy to our detergent (we use 7th gen for babies) at 16 weeks?

Anyone experience anything like this?
