So what do you know about yeast allergies? i just had a blood test that revealed that i am allergic to yeast and garlic (to start, that just what the receptionist said over the phone), and I have already cut out gluten, soy, and dairy). i am having a hard time figuring out the line between yeast overgrowth and yeast allergy, and i have no idea what i am going to be able to eat. HELP!!!

i just had my blood drawn for blood-allergy testing. waiting to hear the results. i sure hope yeast and garlic aren't on my list!!! haha. i do wonder though how accurate these tests are and how drastically i should change my lifestyle to comply.
