The title of the post pretty much sums up the question. We just got our allergy test results back and those four, plus spelt and apples are out. We were an eggs and pancakes kind of family, so now I am feeling pretty stuck.
I appreciate any help you can offer.

Cherrybrook Kitchens pancakes and sausage. It's pretty much what we eat daily.
Have you seen reactions to all those foods? If not and your kids been eating them with no problem, you may not have to take it out of your diet. Allergy testing is only about 50% accurate.
Here is what is in our line-up:
pancakes -I almost have recipe worked out that I am happy with, let me know if you want me to send it to you. I make a bunch and freeze.
sausage -I make my own from gr. turkey, again, if you want the recipe let me know. Freezes well also.
Yogurt with fruit, nuts or seeds, g/f granola My girls can do goat or you can find coconut or almond yogurt
Green smoothies, though they usually want more with it
Carrot muffins from here: http://www.sheletthemeatcake.com/2009/11/the-glorious-muffin/ (reduce the sugar and flip flop the baking powder/soda measurements) Again, I freeze them.
Rice cakes with sunbutter, a little drizzle of honey and cinnamon

The Cravings Place has a pancake mix that is free of all the top allergens, and I like it because since you just add water, you can make any amount you want. Also, Applegate Farms has yummy gluten free sausage.
