Easter Sunday will be the last day of my first two weeks of total elimination. I am trying to think of ideas for things I can make that I can eat. I planned to do a sweet bread like this: http://theitaliandishblog.com/imported-20090913150324/2008/3/19/italian-easter-bread.html
and some resurrection rolls like this : http://homewithpurpose.blogspot.com/2011/04/easter-traditions-resurrectionempty.html
Obviously both of those are out for me, but I could still make them for my family. If you have any suggestions on TED friendly ideas I would really appreciate it. I'm bummed about not being able to enjoy any Easter candy, but I'm mostly bummed about not being able to enjoy any special Easter food-related projects I do with my little ones.
Can I eat jello? Those jello eggs are always fun to make.
Anyone else on a TED through Easter?
(I'm doing Dr. Sears' diet)
