I notice more at night and it sometimes keeps me awake. I do however feel it day time if I touch my belly.

My belly-from diaphragm to pubic bone feels tight and sore. When I rub I (think) I can feel my intestines full and tight and sore. Near my belly button is the worst in terms of pain. On my left side I can sometimes massage it softer.

Does this happen to anyone else????

Do you think this is due to allergies?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are experiencing. I can tell you that when I've been contaminated with dairy (one of my more severe allergies) my entire digestive tract becomes inflamed. That does leave stomach and intestines feeling like they are full, when really they are empty (because of vomiting and diarrhea). It does go away in about 24 hours. If you are chronically eating something you're allergic to, it might be a chronic condition. If you suspect food allergies, keep a food and symptom diary. That can help you and your health care provider identify the cause. Good luck.

I have always assumed it was allergies. I have had this for years. It is worse when I eat certain foods but those foods are hard to figure out. I have done a variety of testing and treatment.
