I really don't want to give him Allergy Meds, for almost a year he snores every night and can't sleep on his back. We thought it was the dog but she has a new home and he is still miserable. He has scratch marks on his nose from rubbing it all day and night, he has red around his eyes. We still don't know what he is allergic to but a friend said Quercetin is great. I want to try it for myself too.
My question is, can I just buy capsules, let's say the Solaray brand and take them myself and break them open for my son. My son is 2 1/2 and a little on the petite side. Advice?
