Today I fed my allergy prone baby (19 months) avacado ice cream for the first time. (avacados, lime juice, line rind, honey , vanilla) and she had hives around her eyesand puked a couple hours later. However, when I eat it she doesn't react to it via breastmilk. Same goes w sunflower seeds. I think she seems to react (hives and itchy face) if she has food mixed In or contaminated with the seeds, but doesn't react through my bm. Should I give it up in my diet as well or leave it in since she seems ok when it comes to her in that form? I'm sad to eliminate anything more from my diet, but I will if it's for the better.

If its not effecting her its ok in your diet. Don't feed it tinier though if she gets hives.

Thanks for the info! Would you happen to have the source of that info that I can look into? If that's the case than you have no idea how happy that makes me!
