Allergy test results help

My son recently had some blood work done and his ped ran a food allergy panel and then a specific one for gluten, gliadin, and casein. The results were:
Gliadin IgA 3nl (goal <4),
Gluten IgG 12.8 (goal <4),
Casein IgG 3.2 (goal <7).

How bad/high are these numbers? I mean I know gluten is above the goal, but is that mildly above or seriously above? Is the casein number high enough that we need to limit and/or remove dairy?
TIA for the help!

Why did you have the tests run? IgG isn't something I've typically seen run for allergies. IgE is the factor they look for. IgG isn't indicative of an allergy. Also it isn't suggested to run allergy testing without a prior known reaction because the testing is notoriously inaccurate.

He was allergic to dairy, egg, soy as an infant (never tested) but we thought he'd outgrown all but the egg. He had been having a lot of stomach pain, so Dr ran a nutritional panel and the allergy test to see if we could pinpoint the cause. His zinc level was VERY low, which in turn caused low stomach acid production. SO that was probably the cause of the stomach pain. I was just wondering if we should altering his diet based on these results.

I just reread the actual results from the lab, those were to detect sensitivities (which is what I thought), not necessarily a true allergy. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with those test and numbers.
