So our 3 year old has had a persistant cough for over a month.
Not much mucus, sometimes a runny nose. No other symptoms with it. At about the same time sshe stopped eating most of her old favorites.
So we are having her muscle tested this week to try and determine what she is allergic too- seasonals, mold, soy, our cats, our dog, (Oh, it is an endless possiblity)

Anyhow, it may be asthma or just allergies.
What have you done to naturally help your children with allergies?
What alternative doctors have seen and has it helped?

I have been giving her honey, but just read that last thread and didnt realize that our honey was being pasterized so may not be helping. But can unpasterised hurt her?

Otherwise, we run an air filter, we try adn dust once a week, limit meat products, give her a vitamin (though she eats well for a 3 year old), and none of the animals are allowed into our beds.

Any of your experinces woud be great!
