Hi ya'll! I have a still nursing 13 month old. He doesn't eat any solids - some baby food. He is allergic to dairy and beef. I am a little confused about vitamins. I don't like the idea of him learning to take something everyday but I am a little worried that he may need a health supplement since he's not eating very much besides breastmilk.
Also, we have known about his dairy allergy for a while now. As it has gotten warmer and we have been outside more he has had a constant runny nose and a cough that is just full of phelm. But he is not sick. Is there any way to diagnose or treat allergies ina an infant without exposing them to allergy prick tests and potent meds.
