I have eczema that is aggrivated horribly by soy products. For those moms who are familiar, do you know if soy lecithin affects a person who is sensitive to soy??

It seems to be in EVERYTHING!!!

It really depends on how allergic you are to it. If it is a severe allergy you may react to it. If not you might be able to eat a lot of it without any reaction.
