Hello. I usually post on the health and healing regular board. My 2.5 year old is failure to thrive and I have been getting lots of helpful suggestions on food ideas to help fatten him up. But a lot of the foods being recommended are seeds. My son is severely allergic to both peanuts and sesame seeds. He tested negative for all tree nuts, but was never tested for other seeds. At this point I have been avoiding all other seeds and nuts too just incase. Does anyone know if sesame seed allergies tend to be linked to allergies to other seeds??
My dd reacts to sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds and grapeseed oil. This was all determined by using a food diary/elimination diet. I just assume she is allergic to all seeds as far as what I feed her.
