I am beginning to think that my youngest has some kind of food allergy but not sure what since things on the others elimination diet never bothered him before.

A common wheat allergy symptom is small raised red non-itchy bumps. They can be hard see or reddish.
Bowel symptoms can be diahrrea or constipation.
People can also have celiac disease (I have this) an autoimmune reaction to gluten. This is a genetic disease and very serious. It is underdiagnosed in the US.
