We (DH, me, DS) all have pretty "good teeth" by Western standards. DH has had one filling in his life; I've never had one, though I can see a few places on my molar teeth that would probably qualify as "small cavities." Neither of us needed orthodontics.

However, I am interested in REMAINING as non-interventionist as possible when it comes to dental health. This forum is a wealth of knowledge, but I'm having trouble pulling it all together. It's just too many bits of information from too many sources for my scattered brain to piece together . I'm flustered and overwhelmed and don't know where to begin.

SO... for those of you who are old hats at this... recommend a good beginner's regimen. Design me a "program!"

Pretty please?

ETA: Raw milk isn't an option for us; the nearest cow is 300+ roadless miles from here.

Me+DH+DS1+DS2+Dog=me and a house full of guys, which is really just peachy, thanks.

I think you've checked out the Curing Cavities with Nutrition sticky at the top, right? It doesn't actually require dairy, the basic idea is more minerals and a LOT more fat soluble vitamins. Dairy's convenient but not required. And some of us use supplements because we aren't confident our diets will supply all we need.

I think this post is a nice summary of Price's ideas with data from other researchers as well.

Buried in the middle is Jane's Cheat Sheet. That may help too.

Ooh, that's helpful. I know I read to that point, but must have skipped over it by accident.
