My 18 month old had a fever a couple of days ago and has been acting a little "off". I thought she was fighting off some infection, but tonight she was complaining and opened her mouth and pointed inside. I ran my finger around and she has cut BOTH of her top eye-teeth (aka canine or cuspid). I did a quick search online and seems many people think these are the worst. I thought molars were the worst, but I don't think she's ever been so fussy and certainly not feverish. She has drooled a lot before, though. This makes her 13th and 14th teeth.

I have 2 older kids, but have forgotten about teething. I think my experience was that it wasn't as bad as some people make it out to be. I think if it was horrible, I'd remember.

Anybody else have fever with teething? She never showed any sign of being sick, other than sleeping more. She took a 4 hour nap! Might have been the fever making her listless. I gave her tylenol at night.
