I had a cavity filled on Friday (a week ago tomorrow.) When the novicain wore off it was throbbing. I called and they said if it still hurt on Monday (this past Monday) to call (it was pretty deep and she said for deep fillings that can be normal). Monday and Tue it was fine but then Wed it started throbbing pretty bad I could not ignore it and took motrin. That did help. It is throbbing again tonight. Just wondering if any one else has had this. I will call in the morning because now it is hurting into my ear and feels like my gland on that side is swollen, ya know that achy feeling. Any insight would be great I hate to go in (finding daycare, driving a hr round trip the cost) if it will settle down and is a waste ya know.
