If you go to wellnessmama's blog you can look up her article on coconut oil. She has a list of 160 uses for coconut oil. You can just slather it on in place of lotion, I use it under my arms in place of deodorant, you can take it by the tablesppon for all kinds of stuff, mix it with olive oil and wash your face with it, mix it with sugar and use it as a scrub, for "toothpaste" I just mix it with baking soda and my whole family, including the toddler, uses it.
