I have never had a cavity in my life. Today the dentist said I have a few areas starting to show decay between my teeth. I am going to start flossing more. What else can I do? I am already grain free. I have seen cell salts and pascalite clay being used for children. What is the best thing for adults and in what dosages?

Good brushing, flossing, xylitol toothpaste....

Little things - drinking beverages through a straw if they have sugar content.  It sounds like you have overall good teeth though. :)
