I just brushed my teeth with Baking soda, and my gums seem whiter, and I feel
a bit of tingling sensation in my mouth, like burning, maybe?
So, is it safe to brush with baking soda?
Is it good to prevent tooth decay, gum disease?
Unfortunately, I think I have gum disease, because my gums bleed :( when I try to floss or brush too hard....)
BS is quite salty and takes some getting used to. If your gums are sore, it can burn. I've used plain BS to brush before and I loved it, but then I got a Sonicare and I use toothpaste with it.
