The other night I flossed my upper molars, and then ended up bleeding a bit, and they hurt afterwards.

When your gums bleed, is that a sign of gum disease?

What causes gum disease?

What can you eat or do to prevent gum disease?

Many thanks orngbiggrin.gif

I notice about myself that if I let too many days go by without flossing, it hurts more when I do.  How often do you floss?

I'm hardly a professional  lol  I just floss through the discomfort and then the next time it doesnt hurt as much (assuming it's only a day or two later)
