Hello, my 6yo dd has cavities in between her two front teeth (primary teeth).  Dentist recommends filling them.  A. should I fill primary teeth so that the decay does not spread?  B. What should I ask them to fill with?  and C. I avoid flouride at home, but when I try to refuse the flouride at the dentist and they sure do hate this!
