How long can we store wheat germ in refridge? I read somewhere that it is good for 3 months after openning, but it's not an official information.
Any idea?
Btw, does your kid like wheat germ?
Thanks.

Don't know about the storage life. Looking forward to seeing what others write in. But my twins eat a lot of wheat germ! I sprinkle it on all sorts of things: cottage cheese, bananas, on top of steamed apples with some cinnamon makes a fast apple crisp kinda desert. It's great!

We keep ours in the freezer and never worry about the expiration date. I wouldn't say my kids "like" wheat germ because most of the time they don't know they're eating it. I put it in granola, muffins, pancakes and on top of the spaghetti sauce when I'm making pizza.
