My 15month old just started screaming this week. I try and speak back to her in a whisper voice or ignore her but she goes crazy. Baby sign language used to be the way she communicates but now she just screams even though she knows the words for what she wants. She has a really strong will and I'm afraid she'll hurt her throat. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I think I would ignore if you don't want it to continue. She won't cause any damage screaming, she will stop if it hurts too much.
