Mia calls breastfeeding "Mmm" instead of milk. And since we use an SNS, she calls it "Mmm Bag" a lot too. So now we always call it Mmm Bag instead of nursing. :

Oh, I almost forgot...she also calls her big sister Jocelyn "Jay Jay" so we call her that now too. :

All the kids are much older now but we have several things that have stuck after 11 years:

Deely-dees- DVDs
Fange-sandwich
gorilla bars-granola bars
wapper-water

And my niece used to pronounce her "L"s and "Y"s so there is a lot of yion, yizard, heyp, etc.

We haven't picked up any from DS yet, but a couple of fun ones that my whole extended family uses due to my uncle's toddler years

geep (hard g) = jump
GUT-toe = Jello
NING-ah = my mom (her actual name is Jan)

We use the first two pretty regularly in conversation (for example, I'll say to the dog, Geep up here! while patting the couch) but my mom is Ninga only in jest.

sock pants-tights
pan-pans-panties
crocagator-crocodile or alligator
pretty girls-hair ties
jams-pajamas
"What's that noisy sound?"

I'm sure there's more as my oldest daughter coined a lot of phrases when she was a toddler but I can't think of anymore at the moment.

Oh, and one from my brother's toddlerhood (he's 23 now)
hammyburger-hamburger
donkey eggs-eggs over easy

student/sahm to three awesome girls who are always on the go!

Oh just remembered these ones.

Stiring Machine is what DS calls an egg beater.

Also some old ones from when my 14 year old niece was a toddler that my DH and I still use.

BigDonalds = McDonalds
Maca Maca Cheese = macaroni and cheese

Oh and one that my now 34 year old sister coined as a toddler that not only does my whole family use but other friends started using.

Holiday Sauce = Hollandaise Sauce (we always had eggs Benedict on Christmas morning so it makes sense )

DD doesn't have a huge vocabulary yet, but she calls my breasts "pumps" because she saw me pumping milk and wondered what I was doing so I told her. When she is hungry she pats my chest and says "pumps, pumps"

Think we have much of a truck obsession going on?

My niece used to call a truck= F**k and then one Thanksgiving we went to visit her and she came running up to me and proudly said, "Aunt Beffy, Aunt Beffy,....I don't say F**k anymore!" hahahaha!

Now that I'm a mommy, my 20 mos old ds says "Zoppy" for his bottle ....and of course it's the cutest thing ever!!!
