It seems like my 2 year old is way more destructive than his older brothers.  Today alone he has broken his Duplo playing plate and told me he was "chopping wood".  This evening he took his brother's keyboard marker (shows where the notes are on the piano), ripped it up, and proudly showed me, "I made money."  He's so creative but it seems like we can't get through a day lately without something getting torn up.  These things happen while I'm with him, it's not as if he's alone, but he is so fast.   He is very verbal, and we talk about it....I suppose the answer is this will pass, but it's hard for 2 parents who really have a problem with wastefulness to see things get torn up. I guess I'm just venting.
