My little one has fallen in love with her dad's camelbak and wants one of her own.  Does anyone know if the plastic pouch is BPA free.  We are pretty much plastic free when it comes to eating and drinking.  We hike a bunch and are trying to get ready for our spring adventures.  I'd love to know what you use for toddler hiking packs/water.

Camelbak went BPA free for their water bottles in 2008.  Since BPA is generally used to harden plastic, I personally, would doubt they use it in their pouches.  You can call and ask because I know they were aware of the issue.

Both my kids had Camelbaks and loved them.

Thanks!  You're right, I called camelbak and they are BPA free.

So glad to hear.  My kids got theirs from my sister and she had their names embroidered on the strap--- so cute!

What a great idea to embroider their names.  Love that!   I tried to check out your picture TSomm, but is said it wasn't available?

Ok, I think I fixed the photo.  Sorry about that!  I've made it public.
