These are so cute! DS doesn't have a lot of words yet but my favorite is "uck" for yucky.

My nephew used to say I-ga-dea for good idea. That was adorable and we still say it that way sometimes 11 years later.

Our favorites tend to be the ones that sound inappropriate. wink1.gif
Backwards was "ba-tards" for a long time.
Truck was, well, you know what truck sounds like.
And he likes to tell people that his papa works in El Paso, except he calls it "Ass Paso."

"Bee" for something that itches-- "bee nose"

In her world, all insects are either bees, ants, or caterpillars (I can't even think how she says caterpillars."  So a mosquito bite = "bee" = something itchy.

So cute everyone!!
We have a new one: ladybug! When clothes irritate her (sleeve bunched up under sweater, waistband twisted, etc) then they "have a ladybug" lol. Once I fix it, "shirt's all done have a ladybug" or "mommy took out ladybug with shirt". All this because my friend came to visit on Wednesday and she showed DD1 a ladybug on a door. Kids.... Lol

My DD has done something similar! She said something about how I needed to get rid of the ladybug the other day.

The one cracking us up at the moment is "bott-mem" for "bottom."

"Baby-soup"  for bathing suit

"Uncle" for ankle

"Raisin Brants" for Raisin Bran

In the car after arriving home, instead of saying "let me unbuckle", DD would say "wee-bee-buckle".

Right now the biggest stretches and therefor the most appreciated are "fwar" for sweater and "shlome" for phone.
