It's the highest stepstool I ever found so my 2 1/2 y.o can actually wash his own hands at any sink. He can stand or kneel on it and be the perfect height for the counter AND you can use it as an extra chair...sit on the platform with feet resting on the step and it's the perfect height for the dining table. We love it. And it's not too big to keep in the corner of the kitchen. I actually use it to cover the cat food bowls so my 9 mo. old won't get to them.
