On Monday ds(27 months) woke up and promptly threw up all over dh in bed. He was fine the rest of the day, playing and everything as usual. Today(Wednesday) he got up, played a little and threw up again. He was back to normal in about five minutes, running and playing. He has no fever, his color is good....??? He is getting one last molar and he's been having a hard time with it, is there a connection?? If it happens again I will call the Dr., but thought maybe you ladies would have some insight. TIA

Sounds like a tummy bug. My dd had this a few months back. No other symptoms. I would skip dairy for now and feed BRAT type diet until it clears. The clincher is the smelly poos. That tells you it's a virus. You could also try giving a probiotic in diluted juice like Babydophilus.
