We just got ours today, too! We got the SIGG with the optional handles. DD is still getting used to the sports cap, but I'm so happy to get rid of the plastic. (Got one for myself, too!)

I always get mine from www.reusablebags.com . I wait for them to have a sale (which they often do). My boys love their 12 oz klean kanteen sippies. We used to have the SIGGs, but they were quite leaky if left open (which they often were), and chipped easily when dropped.

I've been meaning to look into this forever. Anyone have links to the studies about how harmful plastic sippy cups are?

I have the SIGG Baby bottles from reusablebags.com witht he handles and my son loves them. I have to leave off the sports cap though because it seems to bother him when it hits his face. He can open it himself though, which is nice because they don't leak at all when closed.

Well, after 2 days of having the SIGG bottle, we've got puddles all over our house. DD likes to give her dolls and toys sips, soooo.....
thinking I'm going to get the Thermos one with the straw for home and just use the SIGG for outings or wait til the novelty of turning the cup upside down wears off!

We have a 12 oz Klean Kanteen, with both the sippy lid and the regular 'sport' lid. We use the sippy lid when we're on road trips and the regular lid when we're just out and about. I adore them and wouldn't trade it for anything.

SIGGs are problematic, from leaking to chipping to "inert lining" of dubious safety....I wouldn't use one for us adults or DC.

We have one Sigg and one Kleen Kanteen, love them both, dd seems to use both well. Thanks so much for the link for the coupon! I wanted to get an extra for when we will sooner or later lose one.

thanks!
