I just posted, but this is about a totally different issue:
One of my nipples is sore a lot. It's the nipple of the bigger boob, which I think got more use for some reason. It almost feels like something was pulled or something like that. The soreness fluctuates. It will get really sore, then the pain will gradually subside, and it'll gradually come back again.
It's been like this for months.
Sometimes I just stop nursing from it for part of a day, and that helps, but I eventually have to let DD (14 months) go back to it so the breast won't engorge. I pump when I can.
DD can be a little rough with my nipples sometimes, not overly rough though.
Should I see a doctor? Any ideas? Thanks!
