DS#2 is 3 and a half and still breastfeeding about 2-3 times a day. I had great luck with coenzyme q10 with my gums before getting pregnant with DS#1 but stopped taking it when I was pregnant and breastfeeding. I would like start taking it again, but Dr Hale's posted it as a L3. However, it seems like all of the data for suppliments in general seem to be for infants. How much does safety apply in older children? Thanks for any info anyone can provide!
