TMI: what is your toddler nurslings' BM like?

My almost 3 year old seems to be struggling having regular BM and I'm wondering if nursing could ever be the cause. She sometimes will go days between and seem uncomfortable and most of the time it's almost peanut butter-like which through Google seems not normal? She eats a pretty good diet otherwise - but we all avoid dairy because of ODS' allergies.

Breastmilk has a laxative like effect so I would think it would be helpful, not harmful. Toddlers do have a tendency towards contstipation so it's important to make sure they have plently of fluids and fiber.

Married to a wonderful woman since 2010. Baby boy C arrived in June 2013!
