Lately ds has been nursing alot more than usual(which is still pretty often). He eats his foods as usual, but nurses more. Is there a 15 month growth spurt? I tell ya, my nipples are killing me. It doesnt help that he likes to nurse standing there and then decides to try to sit down on the floor and see how far that thing can stretch.

My Ds is 15mos ( well, will be tomorrow) and isn't showing any signs of slowing down. He likes to, um, stretch things too.

I could really use a break- but I know that he won't be nursing forever- it just seems like it :LOL

My son just turned 16 months and for the past few weeks has been nursing as if there were no tomorrow! It's almost like having a newborn again. He has just gone through a growth spurt because suddenly all his pants are too short - he is also cutting 4 teeth which could explain the increase too. I understand!

My son grew almost 2 inches in height when he was around 15 months....so I think it could very well be a growth spurt.
