Has anyone experienced this? What is it? Do I have a plugged something or is this the natural process of drying up after weaning? (It's been 5 days post-weaning)

TIA

I would try the compress as well. Putting cabbage leaves on breasts also can help.

Massage your breasts too.

If its starts to get hot and painful I would see a dr.

Eating garlic and oil of oregano help fight infection.

HTH!
