We have to move our old maytags over to our rental house but the good news is I have an excuse to buy a new, efficient washer/dryer. Anyone have recommendations?

We have Bosch Axxis machines and love them. They're the smaller Bosch machines and now only available at true appliance stores (vs. big box stores).

I love my Kenmore front loader. Front loaders are SO much easier on your clothes!

We got an LG Tromm front load pair about 2 weeks ago and we're really happy with them. I can't get over how much faster things dry -- 40 minutes for almost every load! I was counting on water savings, but I think the gas might go down too.
