My DS just got a couple of these sets for his birthday from well-meaning friends who know he loves cars. We'd been given one once and I never let them open it because the only thing I could find on Mattel was an unwillingness to divulge ingredients. Now that we have two more sets AND one is from a friend who will likely end up coming over to play, I'm trying to ensure I make a reasonable decision here.

Does anyone know what these tracks are made of? I have searched high and low and can't come up with anything, but perhaps someone else has been more successful!

Thanks for any input!

Have you tried calling Mattel? They should have a 1-800 for customer inquiries.
