Organic "fancy" clothing? - Mothering Forums

My brother in law is getting married this fall and our LO will be 4-5 months old. My inlaws are pretty traditional and I'm expecting this to be a formal wedding. I have only purchased organic clothing for our little girl and even though the wedding is only a one day kind of thing, I would prefer to dress her in something organic. The problem is, I only find casual sportswear type clothes at the organic baby clothing stores I have found so far. Any suggestions on places to look for something suitable for an infant to wear to a formal event?

High-end fabric stores usually carry an assortment of organic fabrics. If you don't sew, the fabric store can put you in touch with a seamstress.


You might also look on Etsy.

I don't come here anymore. MDC has become overgrown with ads & useless extra forums.
