I just came across this site: http://www.4smartersolutions.com/ It's got several free downloads, including a housecleaning checklist (yeah!) and some interesting tip sheets.

Anyone else have any sites/tools they can recommend?

I like http://www.fromtheinsideout.com -- Julie Morgenstern's philosophy is very gently to all sorts of sensitive emotional issues related to the cleaning/de-cluttering business. Therefore, her solutions are thoughtful and creative. Her work is part organizing / part therapy. Very comprehensive, too.
