Milk
Drinking
Baking
Cream Sauces

Juices
Drinking
Baking-for example apple juice for liquid/sweetener in muffins
Use Tomato Juice for Curry Tomato Soup, or any other tomato based soup like vegetable soup, or chili. I have a friend that uses it in the crock pot to make stew.
Pineapple Juice goes well as a marinade in Chicken Dishes

Eggs
Fried, Scrambled, Boiled
Quiche-uses milk, egg, and cheese too. A great way to use up leftover meats and veggies.
Breakfast Casseroles
Firttata
Deviled Eggs
Egg Salad
Huevos Rancheros
Challah-a bread very heavy on eggs
Batter for breading meats

Beans
Soups
Refried Beans-for side dishes, nachos
Burrito Filling
Lentils are great for adding recipes that have ground beef or turkey like taco filling, meat loaf, spaghetti etc to stretch your meat some and give nutrition a boost.
Baked Beans
Red Beans and Rice
*There are lots of bean dishes in the $2 meal thread

Peanutbutter
Sandwiches
No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies-or the baked kind
Peanut Butter Chicken and Rice or other dish with Peanut butter sauce
Dips for fruit and veggies

Cheese
Quesadillas
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Topping for soups, tacos, baked potatoes, casseroles, veggies
Pizza-Crust is easy to make at home. Sometimes we make personal sized pizzas using tortillas, pitas, or english muffins. Alternative crusts are super frugal unless you find them marked down or on sale.

Cereals
Corn Flakes can be used for a crunchy casserole topping or "breading" chicken
Crushed Cereal and Oatmeal can be used instead of breadcrumbs in meatballs, meatloaf etc.
Make Snack Mixes using a Variety of Cereals-adding dried fruit, nuts etc is a plus

Tuna and Carrots
If you are breast feeding exclusively you'll get tuna and carrots too.
Tuna Salad-sandwiches, stuff tomatoes, on garden salad
Tuna Casseroles etc
Shred Carrots for Salad
Use in Soups, side dishes, and casseroles

Nummy! Thanks

Yup! Went to WIC : I am excited because starting in Spring they will no longer be offering juice, but instead fresh fruits and veggies! :

Until then....I do love V8.

Mama to 9 so far:Mother of Joey (20), Dominick (13), Abigail (11), Angelo (8), Mylee (6), Delainey (3), Colton (2) and Baby 8 and Baby 9 coming sometime in July 2013.   If evolution were true, mothers would have three arms!

I hope my WIC will be doing this soon! I don't complain about the free juice, but I would be super super happy with fresh fruits & veggies as a replacement. :

Things are moving along. I am still amazed at how tight money is. Dh seems to be in denial and won't come up with a concrete plan with me. I think he is ashamed

Still plucking away though...
