Dinner- Cowgirl Beans, Veggie Chilli, Turkey Meatloaf, Red beans and Rice, Tortilla Soup
Lunch- Hard Boiled Eggs/Deviled Eggs and Salad, Left overs, Luncheon meat and Tortilla roll ups
Snacks- Popcorn, dried fruit/nuts, yogurt/fruit,veggies
We don't drink juice and milk is only for breakfast or dinner, otherwise water it is.
This is our menu starting today and going until next weds. I need to plan another weeks worth of meals, since I like to shop for 2wks of groceries.
Dinner-Potato,Cabbage, Ham Soup, Veggie Lasagna, Veggie Soup, Frittata, Leftovers
Lunch-PBJ, Yogurt, Leftovers
I am dairy free, so learning to sub ingredients is a work in progress. I plan to purchase a yogurt maker, and bake bread more often. The above ideas involve making extra of certain things- like double batch of rice, turkey/hamburger cooked up, big batch of eggs. Should keep me out of the kitchen :)
