I gave a friend a large part of my stash that doesn't work for me anymore. (ds is 40#+ and will probably start potty learning this month). Among other things, I gave her all my covers since I just put ds in ON fleece pants during the winter. She has a 3 month old girl, that is outgrowing her smalls and is shopping for covers, so she tried my XL and Super Large variety, just to see. (they are pretty low on funds). She discovered that if she folds down the aplix on the SuperLarge Imse Vimse Bumpy cover (making the rise shorter), she can make it work for her baby. It isn't meant to be a one size cover, but I thought I might let people know it was working because it might help somebody else.

Mom to 10yo Autistic Wonder Boy and 6yo Inquisitive Fireball Girl . December birthdays.
