Turns out I went way over this month. I feel like I spent very little, but I guess I spent quite a bit. My main goal will be to keep the food budget down. Still down $260 from last month though.

1st $30 gas; $25 thrift store
2nd $152 food (this should last for two weeks -- 12/16)

Finished the year with a whimper. DH ended up going to the store to get goodies for New Year's Eve...

Woohoo!!!!

Despite some slip-ups this month, we made it through the month of December with $2.75 still left in our budget.



But hey...$2.75 in the black is better than going over which is what I was afraid would happen, so I'm happy.
