I am attending a potluck at the end of January. It's a vegetarian affair and some things that others are bringing are veggie lasagna and bean dip with tortilla chips. Any tried and true recipes and good ideas? I'd like to stay away from dessert since I did dessert last time.

Thanks! :

potatoes are one of my favorite potluck dishes ... is the potluck vegan? you could do a cheesy potato bake
something like this?
I have never tried this recipe, but it sure looks good and i love this recipe site ... maybe you could do a potluck search on there?

No, it's not vegan. Thanks for the link the potato idea.

I went over to that site and stumbled on the broccoli pasta dish, which I may try to do without the bacon. Yum!
